CFT delivers RSA training for RMIT University

CFT is delighted to deliver face-to-face Responsible for Service Alcohol Training (RSA) for international students at Melbourne’s RMIT University.

Having a current RSA certificate enhances students’ chances of getting a job and opens up many opportunities within the workforce – especially in hospitality and retail industries.

The main topics covered in Responsible Service of Alcohol training are:
– how to sell or serve alcohol properly
– how to assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
– communication strategies to refuse the supply of alcohol
– current RSA legislation in Victoria

CFT is approved by the VGCCC to deliver RSA course SITHFAB021 courses in Victoria.

All participants received the VGCCC RSA certificate that is required to work in Victoria.
