The Food Processing units for Food Safety training have been  updated.

Effective September 2021 the units are-

Course codes: FBPFSY1002 and FBPFSY2002

The Food Processing units are designed for people supervising food operations in businesses such as:

  • Food Product Manufacturers
  • Flour Mills
  • Canneries
  • Dried Food Packers
  • Bakeries
  • Pasta Manufacturers
  • Pickle, Relish, Chutney and Condiment Producers
