‘Food Safety – it’s in your hands’ will be the theme for Australian Food Safety Week 2020 held from 14 to 21 November 2020.

The Food Safety Information Council has announced this year’s theme and they will be building upon will be building upon the good behaviour established during the COVID-19 pandemic so we can continue to reduce the amount of foodborne disease.
