CFT is authorised to deliver RSA training to Victorian’s online. Here is a word from the Government authority, the VCGLR –
“Ensure your RSA certificate is from an accredited RTO
Watch out for websites that offer low-cost online Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) courses as these are not approved by the VCGLR and don’t entitle you or your staff to work in licensed premises in Victoria.”

When you complete RSA Vic training online with us we will email you 2 certificates –
- the VCGLR RSA certificate that is required for working in Victoria;
- the national RSA certificate that allows you to work in some other states in Australia.
